Paris, 4 May 2010 — “Click, Ride, Save”: this is the motto of the new carpooling site envoiture.fr . Created in Germany in 2001, the site quickly links drivers and passengers who wish to share a car. Not only will carpoolers save on petrol and toll fees, but they’ll also help to reduce traffic and CO2!


With 1.2 million registered users and 200,000 trip offers, envoiture is the most important carpooling site in Europe. The site was developed by the company Mikini Media GmbH whose headquarters are in Munich, Germany.
